so it looks like no one was fooled by the picture but a friend of mine sent it to me cus he said it looked like the "brother" version of me. 

so lately i've been trying to get back into the social world without actually being IN the world and let me tell you.  it is much harder to do than to say!  but i think i'm managing aight for the time being.  Went out to MAASU a little while ago which was quite fun chillin with all those midwest asians.  Found a new church, that has a great multi ethnic community.  Got a new sunday night young adult bible study to go to to keep me on track.  Been reading a purpose driven life cus lil paul wall wants an accountability partner.  All that stuff and work going on while also trying to figure out what i want to do with myself in the near future has kept me busy.  haha it's actually a good thing cus before that, it was just Dawson's Creek which Dan Huang refers to as "emotional crack" taking up my time.  that's about it right now in my life sorry for such a boring post. I know most of the time i like to be fun but to be honest i didn't put that much thought in this post.  For once i'm actually using xanga as an online journal! that's some crazy shizzle! what is this world coming to!?!?!?!  but before i get outty i just wanna throw it out there that if there's anyone in the area that still reads xanga and wanna take part in some good old fashion "hanging out" you know how to reach me. chewy out

So the results are in and the final score of Turkey Bowl 2006 is 4-1 team Red over team Black.  TEam CCCB(black) had no clear defensive MVP this year because everyone on D had 3 or 4 big plays.  So with that said and the rotation of the recievers on offense the only person that can really be awarded the MVP this year is Ray our star QB.  At such a young age he showed a lot of athleticism and composure.  Congrats to Ray for getting MVP and thanks to everyone that played in or took part in Turkey Bowl.  It was a huge success this year and prolly the most fun game that I have played in.  Maybe if the interest rate is high we can get another one going next year....

Since it's been awhile i'll fill in what i've been up to this month.

Nov. 5 Ravens vs Bengals game-  Row 5 in the Ravens chain gang the only person crazy enough to be sporting ocho cinco.

Nov. 16 Visit to Columbus-  It was great seeing all you pretty faces again!  it was almost just as hard leaving this time as it was last spring

Nov. 18 OSU vs UMich-  Quite possibly the greatest college football game ever!  #1 vs #2 for those that aren't too good with numbers #1 is better and we proved that at the game!! Go BUCKEYES!

Nov. 21 Family reunion-  It's been 10 months since we were last able to get all the family back together and it was great being silly the way only Chiu's know how to do it.

Nov. 23 Thanksgiving-  7 hours of Lost 2 and an asian style meal need i say more?

Nov. 25 Turkey Bowl-  A great game with the first time ever that the Chius and the Shens were on the same team!  I think The Sam and I football rivalry can be put aside cus it looked like our teamwork looks much better

*Call me the Crazy Clown it's my new football gimmick!

Turkey Bowl!!!! prolly the 5^th and final one

Where: Loch Raven HS

When: Saturday after thanksgiving 1:00 get to church and 1:30 is game time

Who: CCCB and friends all are welcome to come play or watch

TEAM CCCB(red) vs VISITORS(black)

We'll split up anyone else that arrives on game day but those are the finalized teams. Okay since we may not all be familiar with everyone on our teams, this year we will try to do team colors. One team will wear red and the other will wear black. This is tackle football, so people who need it bring protection(mouth guard, cup,etc.).

Rules:

1. Offense must have at least a 4 man line. Offensive Linemen cannot receive the ball. Offensive line must raise hand when at the line of scrimmage so other team knows if they are ineligible to receive. Offensive linemen have the first choice to play both sides of the ball.

2. 2 passing completions to a first down

3. Rushing and blitzing is allowed on all downs

4. 4 downs

5. you can only kick the ball on punts

6. 11 man squads full offense and defense lineups

7. Watch who you are tackling. Do Not kill the little guys we want them to play. Pretty much take caution in hitting anyone thats lighter than 130. Let’s try to be safe so everyone can have fun with the game

8. No cursing

9. Trash talking is allowed but keep it clean.

10. Unsportsman like conduct will not be tolerated.

11. Try to get your whole team involved no matter the age or talent level let’s all try to get game time in.

12. All other backyard football rules that I did not mention apply.

13. Have fun! Hooray!!!
